Almost a month ago I started special kind a diet/lifestyle; I stopped eating bread, products that has flour in it or made out of it, and zero sugar.
I like to share my experience with you. I haven’t seen any big weight drop yet but so far 4 lb is gone. To be honest, that 4 lbs was the welcome gift of a new diet for the first week. Since then I am same weight but feel thinner. Go figure!
First of all I dropped one size with in the first couple of weeks seems like not related to the weight loss because on the scale I lost only 2 kg.
Below is my first day breakfast plate. Since than I am eating very similar breakfasts to this.
