Very easy to do. Use as snack or a salad
Ingredients:
1 Bunch Fresh Spinach (8 oz)
1 Green onion
1 Cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Sesame ( Toasted if you like)
Advice:
If you like, you can add little sugar in it. Korean style seasoned vegetables usually have a little bit of sugar in it.
With the same sauce mixture you can make seasoned cucumber as well. Check my recipe for it. You can prepare multiple seasoned side dishes.
Prepare:
Wash Spinach. Clean the roots. Do not chop spinach.
Boil 2 cups of water and cook spinach 30 seconds in boiling water.
Chop green onion and garlic.
Mix all the ingredients in one cup.
Complimentaries:
Use it as a salad or side dish with other food. I would make several portions at a time. It is so crunchy, refreshing and tastes better as it waits in the sauce.
