Very easy to do. Use as snack or a salad
Ingredients:
1 English Cucumber
1 Green onion
¼ cup Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp hot pepper flakes
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp Sesame ( Toasted if you like)
Advice:
If you like, you can add little sugar in it. Korean style seasoned vegetables usually have a little bit of sugar in it.
With the same sauce mixture you can make seasoned Spinach as well. Check my recipe for it. You can prepare multiple seasoned side dishes.
Prepare:
Cut the cucumber in half diagonally.
Then make half moon slices from it.
Do the same to the onion.
Chop green onion and garlic.
Mix them all in one cup.
Complimentaries:
Use it as a salad or side dish with other food. I would make several portions at a time. It is so crunchy and tastes better as it waits in the sauce.
