Keto Manti (Turkish Dumplings)

Difficulty –  Level 1

Portions – 2

Very easy to do.

Ingredients:

½ lb ground beef

1 Bag frozen Cauliflower or ½ Fresh

1 cup yogurt

2-3 cloves garlic

½ onion

1 tsp Pepper Paste

½ cup Tomato Juice

3 tbs Olive oil

2 tbs butter

Mint Flakes

Oregano Flakes

Red Pepper Flakes

Advice:

If you don’t like yogurt, you can use sour cream. Garlic is optional.  Oregano is optional too. At the end you can pour sizzling 1 tbs butter over it for even better taste.

You can use butter or olive oil or both based on your preference. Also you can adjust the amount for your taste.

If you are new to Keto, you might want to double the beef and increase the butter amount. Please be aware, as long as you increase my portions, it will become less healthy.

Prepare:

In a small pan fry pepper paste with 1 tbs Olive oil and add tomato sauce after 2 minutes. Add oregano, red pepper flakes.Mix well. Set a side.

In other pan fry cauliflowers with 1 tbs Olive oil. Once they have some brown spots, set that one aside as well.

In another pan cook 1 tbs olive oil, ground beef with chopped onions.

In a sauce cup mix yogurt and garlic.

When all is ready, pure them in the given order ; cauliflower, ground beef, garlic yogurt, and red hot sauce.

Complimentaries:

Coke zero goes awesome with it but I cannot recommend it since it has aspartame in it. If you can find soda made with Stevia (or Truvia), that would be great. I would say just drink water if you don’t have any other healthy alternative.

Salad with olive oil and vinegar would be great with it.

And the result;

Voila!
