Very easy to do. Use as main dish or appetizer
Ingredients:
1 Large zucchini
¼ Onion
1 Clove Garlic
¼ lemon juice
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 cup Dill
1/4 cup water
Advice:
Zucchini cooks so quickly. I like to leave it a little crunchy.
Prepare:
Make long flat slices out of zucchini using peeler.
Chop onions and thin slice garlic clove and cook in olive oil.
Add lemon juice, salt, and dill. Add water and cook for 5-6 mins in
medium heat.
Complimentaries:
You can use it as a side dish. Since it is made with olive oil, you can eat it hot or cold.
